My primary goal is to take the hassle out of managing your project so you can focus on making your space truly yours.

Growing up in the home building industry, I spent many hours on construction sites, watching and taking part in every step of the process. Over the years, I came to understand how key it is to have a dedicated project manager to oversee and streamline the complexities of a build.

In most projects, contractors focus only on delivering what they’ve quoted, often without coordinating with others to ensure everything runs smoothly. If one contractor falls behind or design changes are made mid-build, it can create a ripple effect, leading to delays, confusion, and unnecessary stress for clients. Recognising these challenges, I developed a strong desire to simplify projects and address the miscommunication that often complicates them.

This passion for helping clients enjoy their building journey and watching their dream homes take shape is what inspired me to create PM Coordinated (Project Management Coordinated). My background in Organisational Psychology from UCT has given me valuable insights into working with people and improving efficiency – skills that are critical when managing diverse teams and  projects with many moving parts. Realising my dream to start PM Coordinated, I further grew my expertise by upskilling in Construction Project Management, also through UCT. 

As a project manager, I take on the role of bridging gaps, offering certainty, organisation, and peace of mind. I coordinate all parties involved, track changes, and ensure timelines are met. By being client-facing and fully dedicated to every detail of the process, I align everyone on the team, eliminate costly miscommunications, and keep your project running smoothly throughout its lifespan.
